Established in 2018 by Joy Hazell, when an opportunity arose to set up her own business, JFS started with a small portfolio of 73 properties and now manage over 200. Joy has over 18 years of experience in the industry and has a small team who are highly regarded for their high customer service, attention to detail and quick communication.  JFS Properties have grown from strength to strength over the years, due to word of mouth and working closely with other local estate agents, who do not offer Property Management Services.
